How often should the Reusable Nebulizer Cup be replaced?2018-05-15T15:21:08-05:00

The manufacturer suggests that a Reusable Nebulizer Cup be replaced at least every 6 months. Depending upon the frequency of use, medication used and cleaning/sterilization method used, more frequent replacement may be necessary to optimize nebulizer performance.

The performance of the nebulizer cup will deteriorate with time and use. If the nebulizer treatment time is becoming prolonged, this is typically an indication that the nebulizer cup should be replaced.

Is the cost of supplies covered by my insurance?2018-05-15T15:20:42-05:00

Yes, however, you may have out-of-pocket expense.

Nebulizer supplies are “covered” under insurance plans, however, your plan may have an out-of-pocket cost to you. Whether you will have any out-of-pocket expense will depend upon whether your insurance plan has a deductible or co-insurance and whether the annual deductible or co-insurance has been met. We will submit the charges to your insurance company and bill you for any remaining deductible or co-insurance amount determined to be patient responsibility by your insurance company.

When will I receive my ordered supplies?2018-05-15T15:20:17-05:00

Orders received during business hours, prior to 3:00 PM, are shipped the same business day, unless additional information is required to process the order. We will contact you by telephone if additional information is needed.

Orders received after 3:00 PM are processed and shipped the following business day.
Orders are shipped Priority Mail through the USPS. Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery.

If you have any questions or problems with your equipment, contact us at (952) 876-4057 and we will be happy to assist you.

If your concern is urgent and occurs after business hours, please call our office and a Neb Doctors Representative can be paged and will respond to your call.

If you are having a medical emergency, please dial 911 to obtain prompt medical attention.

In accordance with provisions of the Affordable Care Act, most insurance companies will provide coverage for a dual electric breast pump. To determine what insurance benefits are available to you, you may contact your insurance company directly.

All pumps include the pump and supplies necessary to begin pumping, including bottles, tubing and breast shields. Additional accessories can be purchased as an upgrade from the breast pump covered by insurance.
