Return Policy:

At Neb Doctors of MN, we’re committed to your satisfaction. While we strive to provide you with products that meet your needs, we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary.

Our return policy strictly adheres to industry standards. Nebulizers, breast pumps and their associated accessories/add-ons are classified as personal medical devices, and therefore, they are non-returnable.

 

How to Return Purchased Items

Please call Neb Doctors of MN at 952.876.4057 to speak to a customer service representative about authorizing your return.

All cash- paid items returns must be made within 45 days of purchase, in the original condition, and with packaging intact. Please allow up to two weeks for credit card refunds. Neb Doctors of MN will only pay return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.

Damaged Products
If your product is delivered damaged, please contact Neb Doctors of MN at 952.876.4057 and we will be happy to assist you. We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Breast Pumps Warranty:

Please note, if you are experiencing any issues with the performance of your breast pump, please contact our office and we will provide initial troubleshooting assistance. If your device is deem defective we will direct you to the  manufacturer.
